Sangi was the first in the litter to finish his conformation championship which included a Best of Breed over specials.  He finished his AKC Field championship in 3 trials and his ASFA Field Championship in 7 trials.  Sangi was the first saluki to win the AKC National Coursing Championship in 2000 and he was the first saluki to finish an LCX title.  In 2002 he was the in the top ten in the show ring and the field.  He had multiple Group placements and had a Group First in the Field of Champions competition in 2001. 

Sangi sired the #1 saluki in AKC lure coursing for 2003 and the top bitch (#2 saluki) in ASFA lure coursing along with the #1 sighthound by winning Best In Fields for 2003.
